As an Intern for IS Services Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be involved in the service validation and testing activities’ management for new/changed services in scope of Consumer Experience.
Your responsibilities
- Being responsible for the validation, testing and documentation prior to re-lease deployment for the new and enhanced services from CX
- Being responsible for planning and designing of service testing
- Being responsible for the organizing, communication, collaboration and stakeholder management in service testing and validation activities
- Involving in design and improvement of CXA Service Transition process
Your background
- Familiarity with cut-edge IT technologies (Saas, Daas, Cloud computing, etc.)
- Skills with Microsoft products (Operating systems, Microsoft 365, Intune)
- Proactive and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
