We are currently seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for setting up new claims, booking survey and repair appointments for our engineers, and managing the central inbox on a rota basis. You will work closely with our clients and customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive exceptional service at all times.
In this role, you will take ownership of claims and manage them through to completion, producing letters and arranging travel and accommodation where necessary. You will also be responsible for dealing with inbound calls and keeping work up to date on our bespoke drainage claims management system.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You should be computer literate and willing to learn new skills as required. Previous experience in claims handling or customer service would be beneficial but is not essential.
