BaySentry Solutions Ltd are a Car Park Enforcement company who, since their creation in early 2020, now have several contracts across the UK.
We have expanded quickly and will be continuing to do so and as part of that growth have just taken over enforcement for number of new sites in South Wales.

Main Purpose of the Role
As a Parking Enforcement Officer you will be working from home and expected to drive to, and patrol, various sites in South Wales, Gloucestershire and South West England.
You will be working with management to ensure that efficient monitoring and enforcement of the sites is achieved
As a Parking Enforcement Officer you will be;
- Brand ambassadors for our clients and BaySentry Solutions Ltd
- Patrolling the sites in accordance with an agreed deployment strategy
- Expected to issue Parking Charge Notices in accordance with legislation, ensuring that the evidential and public interest tests have been met

- the skills to deal with member of the public and our clients
- to work to deadlines and use their own initiative and resilience
- the confidence to both work independently and as part of our team
- excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- to be able to carry out foot patrols as part of their duties
- the flexibility to work the hours required
Licences;
- A Full UK driving Licence is required for this role
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence would be nice to have but not essential
Hours;
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, 5 shifts on and 2 shifts off, Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays), flexibility for this role is essential.
