What will you do
The role of Lead Surveyor – reporting to the Team Leader and supporting the Site Engineer. The Lead Surveyor ensures that the design and built contract works are consistent with the employer's Requirements and specifications. His/her duties and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Review of all Contractor’s Survey-related activities for Reclamation, Port (Jetty), and Interface works.
- Assist site engineers in survey-related works and benchmarks confirmation.
- Review Contractor's monthly progress claim report and supporting documents.
- Evaluate weekly and monthly progress survey records based on Contractor’s survey raw data.
- Cover another discipline when working on shifts where necessary.
- Inputs on a daily diary, weekly and monthly construction management reports.
- Identify and report non-conformances to the design, workmanship, and execution of the works.
- Observed non-conformances, safety issues, and other relevant activities which may lead to future claims.
- Promotes an inclusive and positive environment for the team
- Eager to use the Digital Way of Working in the execution of tasks
- Promotes and complies with the Company integrity policy
- Complies with the Company regulations
Where you will work
You will work based in Kalibaru Project, North Jakarta, Indonesia.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Geodetic or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of survey work experience.
- Ideally well versed in modern surveying software such as Civil 3D.
- Knowledgeable with MS Office suite including Teams and SharePoint is an advantage.
