About the role:
You as the Critical Utilities Lead will be responsible for applying specialized knowledge to achieve a technical vision to research, design and implement state-of-the-art facilities for the Plasma manufacturing operations in Vienna.

The organization you will lead is accountable for the critical systems (i.e. WFI, RO, compressed air, nitrogen) in the areas of utilities and ventilation.This role is recognized as expert by peers and other personnel within the business and displays a general understanding of theories/practices for a variety of disciplines. In addition, you will provide guidance and support to overall projects in critical utilities in alignment with corporation master plan.
How you will contribute:
Develop and retain a strong team of 5 employees to effectively perform functions
Ensure Compliance of utilities systems (i.e: GMP, annex 1)
Effectively support team members in the creation and implementation of development plans
Foster development by providing appropriate challenges for team members
Contribute as a subject matter expert (SME) within area of Clean Water and Steam design as per requests for guidance for fellow colleagues as well as other employees outside the division.
Complete complex design and technical tasks by integrating information from a variety of disciplines
What you bring to Takeda:
University degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or at least 8 years of relevant working experience in these areas
Proven expertise in Basic and Detailed Design of critical utility systems
Practical experience in the design of WFI, RO generation and distribution systems and Validation Plans
Good understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Principles for utility systems
Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
Business proficiency in German and English
