Qualifications
  • Language: Englishand#xa0;
  • Previous work experience in commercial/receivables environment;
  • Interested to work in: SAP (SD and FI module), MS Office (Excel) package;
  • and#xa0;Strong customer orientation;
  • Experience in working in/with an international team;
  • Interested in offering support for sales/commercial activities;
  • Reliable and efficient;
  • Willing to travel (1-2 weeks/quarter).

Coordinating all commercial topics inand#xa0;line with customer requirements for top OEM/non-top OEM, Tier customers in an international environment.

  • Collection and dispute management;
  • Allocation of deviations to GB and clarification of deviations;
  • and#xa0;Issue of credit/debit note for external customers;
  • Invoices special revenue (including tooling, application and calibration costs, logistics);
  • Processes warranty claim credit notes;
  • Tracks and monitors sales targets and measurement of sales performance;
  • and#xa0;Analyses credit worthiness;
  • and#xa0;Calculates and Monitors credit responsibility for cross-GB customers (including decision for advance
  • payment or delivery stop);
  • and#xa0;Supports cross-divisional receivables topics;
  • and#xa0;Supports creation and maintenance of customer master data;
  • Supports general/non project specific customer requirements (e.g. logistics).
