Job purpose
You are part of a global team which is developing software for rotating machines. You will take over full responsibility for a feature in the software and develop this feature starting from requirement setting, detailed design over the implementation to the bug fixing and final release stage.
Key responsibilities
- Development and implementation of concepts for modelling the thermal behaviour of the drive system and the derating strategy
- Development and implementation of concepts and methods for the control of electric drives
- Support of test execution of existing and self-developed concepts at the system test bench
- Creation of software documentation according to ASPICE and ISO 26262
- Support in the creation and maintenance of software requirements
What we’re looking for
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Sound knowledge in electrical drive engineering, power electronics and control engineering
- First experience in e.g., programming in C, Matlab/Simulink is welcome
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German advantageous
- Independent and self-dependent acting as well as good communication skills
- Drive for results, enthusiasm for engineering and eagerness to learn
