Job Description


Job purpose:

As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will mainly work within Trading/treasury/ middle office operation and report to the Head in the Financial Market Department. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast growing international Bank.

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • To be responsible for assisting on preparing the daily/Monthly/Quarterly reporting required by the bank and regulator.
  • To be responsible for assisting on managing the day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • To be responsible for assisting on trading/ treasury daily operation tasks.
  • To be responsible for covering staff whom on leave.
  • Assisting on organizing marketing activities.
  • Delivering trading tickets per request.
  • Other tasks given by head of team and department.

Qualifications


Profile (Technical Skills):

  • A university degree one of the relevant fields as Banking, Accounting, Finance, Law, Business
  • Fluent in Chinese and Excellent in English are essential
  • Experience in banking industry is an advantage

Profile (Soft Skills):

  • Skillful in multi-culture communication.
  • Team player, organized, flexible, rigorous and solution-minded.
  • Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.
