As a Sales Intern, you will be supporting the Growth Strategy & Ops Lead and Enterprise Account Executives on daily tasks that will accelerate R2’s growth in closing & launching more partnerships. You will have direct exposure and collaboration efforts with the sales team and other areas as well to provide vital inputs and outputs to the operation.
What you’ll work on:

- Identify potential partners (marketplaces, POS systems, payment processors, ERPs) across Latin America
- Maintain a list of prioritized accounts; identify key players & contacts
- Update the universe of potential partners including size, potential, stage and other important variables and parameters
- Develop outreach strategies and best practices to reach new potential partners
- Update sales reports with weekly efforts that are shared with the CEO
- Generate R2-related posts to be shared on R2’s blog, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Update market benchmarks (banks and other fintechs)
- Update market sizing on a recurring basis
- Provide support in sales processes with presentations, emails, and other general tasks
Who you are:
- Currently ending your studies in finance, chemical, or Industrial engineering
- Availability to work 6 hours a day
- Some experience in sales, market research, or analytical jobs
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment
- You have an agile mindset
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
- You have a high level of attention to detail while also being able to keep sight of the bigger picture

We’re looking for an experienced Collector to leverage our unique repayment-through-sales model to innovate in optimizing capital recovery from underperforming clients.
What you’ll work on:
- Execute collections touchpoints (calls, emails, WhatsApp messages) for underperforming clients
- Quantify touchpoint effects on performance
- Iterate messaging and touchpoint strategy to optimize capital recovery
- Capture and communicate underperforming client
- Empower customers making sure they know the benefits of accelerating repayments
- Coordinate with third-party collections agencies to optimize write-off capital recovery
- Actively advocate for said solutions and own their implementation
- Align servicing and collections language with partners and compliance
Who you are:
- Passionate about customer service, SMBs, and technology
- Great people skills - good listener, enjoys engaging in discussions with people from different backgrounds and are willing to go beyond and delight customers
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Creative problem solver
- Data-driven, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to break down a complex problem and explain it very simply to a customer
- Able to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in managing manual processes and building scalable solutions simultaneously
- Experience in working with SMBs is a plus
- Stellar written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
- Motivated self-starter, with a bias for action, who thrives in a hyper-growth environment
