Job Description
- Coordinate with the regional teams regarding the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection
- Develop and create employment contracts, compensation benefits, payroll, and insurance plans
- Creating shifts schedule in the HR Application system
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
- Maintain HR department records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the development and updating of HR Policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Conduct counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fair and consistent practies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure compliance and effectiveness
・Bachelor degree from Psychology, Business Administration, or related major
・Conversational level in English

・Has at least 1 year experience as HR Generalist in IT industry・Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
・Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
・Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail
・Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
