Responsibilities
As an Associate Product Manager at instacar, your main responsibility will be to assist in the development and execution of exciting new product-led features & services. You will have the opportunity to work in a passionate team of experts and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
What you will need to do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing to define product requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the development and execution of product roadmap strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Translate user feedback and data analysis into actionable insights to drive product enhancements and feature prioritization.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features, tracking progress and resolving any obstacles that arise.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Assist in user testing and feedback collection (QA) to validate product features and iterate on improvements.
Basic Requirements
- No specific degree is needed. We hire personalities, not CVs
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in product management, preferably in a technology-driven company.
Good to Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for technology, mobility solutions, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.
