Support Manager - 4322 [Luxembourg]


 

DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS

  • Support of IT security assurance activities, including presentations, knowledge management platforms and publications, training, community, service coaching and reporting
  • Handle service requests received through the ticketing system and via other customer touchpoints
  • Being the point of contact for customers requiring assistance regarding the service catalogue of the Security Assurance sector and follow up
  • Development and maintenance of the knowledge management area of the team (including presentations, user manuals)
  • Support for the data analytics solutions of the team
  • Drafting documentation related to the tooling and environments
  • Contribution to the design, implementation, and maintenance of new services
  • Participation in workshops and meetings with the teams and with the external partners
  • Maintaining and updating the credentials, certificates, and accounts of the tools and security information systems and security services
  • Maintaining the sectors licensing management system, including installation and activation of licenses
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and improvement of existing service management processes
  • Ability to assist in front-end activities engaging with customers to resolve technical issues
  • Capability to increase knowledge and ability to work besides of first-line support (front-end) to second activities
  • Development and maintenance of the knowledge management stream of the team
  • Assistance to follow up and resolve tickets within the team
  • Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Very good knowledge of service management practices and relevant tools
  • Proven experience with customer and IT Support
  • Ability to give business and technical presentations
  • Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills
  • Excellent command of English both orally and in writing (level C1)
  • Excellent command of French both orally and writing (level C1) would be an advantage;
  • Capability to write clear and structured technical documents and presentations
  • Ability to apply high quality standards
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, to make timely decisions, to reprioritize tasks responding to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment

CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS

  • ITIL (v3 or higher)
  • Various Microsoft products certifications

Due to the particular nature of a large international organisation, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:

  • Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
  • Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
  • Excellent Team Player
  • Ability to understand, speak and write in French (C1) will be an advantage;High degree of discretion and integrity is required
  • The candidate must hold a security clearance at EU CONFIDENTIAL level or be in a position to obtain such security clearance.
