Position
Support in the creation of the social and digital strategy of all Acqua di Parma channels.
Oversee all the digital contents and act as a link with Brand departments and sales departments to implement the strategy with a Global vision. Management of the marketing and communication of the site through a continuous interface with the Trade Marketing and Sales department for a 360 animation of the E-commerce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media:
- Create a solid Social Media Paid strategy, with focus on Instagram and Facebook
- Engage regional teams on the Social Media Planning
- Support in the content creation process within internal stakeholders
- Create reports for internal stakeholders and top management
- Optimize performances of Social Media campaigns in conjunction with the agencies
E-Commerce:
- Support the day-by-day activities to ensure the proper working and updating considering the marketing and commercial strategies
- Support the regional teams in their activities of the e-commerce management: products launch, contents update, etc.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., eCommerce Sales team, Content team, Customer Care) to ensure a consistent experience for the final customers through different touchpoints
- Support SEO and SEA activities
- Support the Project Management of special projects
Profile
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong digital experience with focus in Social Media management is a plus
- Creative and analytical approach, sensibility to numbers to develop insights for future campaigns
- Proven knowledge and understanding of the digital environment and the different social media platforms and how each platform can be used in different scenarios
- Proactive, passionate and details-oriented
- Fluency in English is a must
